We are currently searching for the perfect cafe-space in Arlington. Our goal is to open in mid May!
So far we are narrowing our search to the area around the University of Texas at Arlington (#GoMavs), so we have been viewing retail spaces on Cooper and Park Row.
We would love to cater to the student community, and we are hoping to offer mobile order and possibly delivery services in the future!
Our biggest priorities for choosing a location for the first Cozy Cafe are:
1. Proximity to our customer base
2. Parking space
3. Aesthetics! (We want lots of windows and a place for outdoor seating)
